We encourage public interaction and communication on our social media channels. Your opinion matters, and we do not discriminate against the sharing of differing views and opinions.
However, inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise offensive content, comments or behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove or not approve comments that fall into the following categories:
- Abusive, vulgar, obscene, threating, or harassing statements.
- Comments that include racist, homophobic or otherwise hateful language.
- Attacks on a person, including comments that violate the privacy of an individual or contain personal information (doxxing).
- Posts that include confidential information pertinent to HWR.
- Libel, slander, or defamatory statements.
- Spam, including advertising content that promotes individuals, products or services that directs users to a non-HWR website.
- Comments that aim to share misinformation or disinformation.
- Posts that are repeatedly copied and pasted, or duplicated by single or multiple users.
- Political party messages.
- Comments that encourage illegal, dangerous, or destructive activity.
A comment will not be edited or modified; it may be hidden, reported and/or deleted.
Accounts of individuals who violate this Comment Policy may be reported or blocked, and these actions are at the discretion of HWR’s administration.
This comment policy may be amended or updated at any time.
