In this compassionate and supportive session, individuals will learn strategies to cope with the emotional and psychological impact of receiving a terminal or life-limiting diagnosis.

You will explore the complex grief that arises not only from the diagnosis itself but also from the changes it brings to life, relationships, and future plans. Whether navigating your own diagnosis or supporting someone else, this session offers a space for understanding, healing, and finding strength during a profoundly difficult time. 

This session will share:
• Strategies for grief and processing feelings of fear, loss, and uncertainty
• Tools for managing the practical and emotional challenges ahead
• Explore valuable resources and support systems focused on enhancing quality of life and living each day to its fullest
