Sometimes we forget to take the time to let ourselves grieve. Sometimes there are simply no words to express what we are feeling. It is so important that we give ourselves space to heal. 

We invite you to join us for an afternoon of creativity and reflection as you move through your grief. We will use tools made from natural materials to create lines, dots, marks, patterns, and textures on paper as we explore our thoughts and emotions of grief.  

Mark making is a way of putting on paper our thoughts and feelings and is a powerful form of communication. Come and explore a unique way to express your experience, to grieve your loss and to honour your loved one.

No art experience required. Bring an open mind and curiosity to be creative. Open to ages 18+.
