This is a three-session, psycho-educational group to help you understand the process of your unique grief journey.
This group is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one from a life-limiting illness.
This three-week group will help you to understand what is happening when you grieve and help you connect to your own grief. This is not a blueprint of how to do grief “properly” – the group will help you to identify common elements of grief and provide you with tools to support you on your journey.
DATE AND TIMES
The group is offered in person, on the first three consecutive Wednesdays of the month, from 1-3 p.m.
All registrants will receive more details prior to the start of the group.
*Note: If you are interested in attending, you must commit to attending the three consecutive sessions.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Register by the last Friday of every month by emailing [email protected] or calling 519-743-4114. *Space is limited.
